Chmox with Chinese

Last week i have Localizied a powerful tools ---Chmox, this is a link to download. I have send a message to the author of Chmox, but no relays.

This package have include two Localizied package, one is Simp. Chinese(zh_CN), other one is Trdi. Chinese(zh_TW).
